REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION

- K-3 students must be 3 years old by the school start date.*

- K-4 students must be 4 years old by the school start date.*

- K-5 students must be 5 years old by September 1st.*

*Note: The school start date for the 2011-2012 school year is August 22, 2011.

An Application for Admission form, which includes our Standards of Conduct, a Statement of Cooperation, a Financial Agreement, and a General Health Questionnaire, should be completed and returned along with an application fee. The application fee for students in K3 through Grade 2 is $10.00. The application fee, which includes the testing fee, for students in Grades 3 through 12 is $50.00. The application fee is non-refundable.

All applicants, along with their parents, are interviewed by our pastor and principal. Those applicants entering grades 3 - 12 are also required to complete academic testing.

A birth certificate and social security card will be copied and maintained in the student's file. These forms must be turned in to the office before the child will be admitted to class.

Proper health forms must be turned in to the office before the child can be admitted to class. We are required to maintain a South Carolina Certificate of Immunization on file for each student.
