JV SOCCER PRACTICE BEGINS -- GRADES 5-8
We will hold preliminary practices for our boys interested in playing JV
Soccer on Monday, July 21, Tuesday, July 22, and Thursday, July 24. All boys in grades 5-8
interested in trying out for the JV Soccer team are encourage to come out
for these practices each evening from
7:00-8:30 p.m. Please come prepared to practice with proper gear!
VARSITY SOCCER PRACTICE BEGINS -- GRADES 9-12
Soccer practice for young men in grades 9-12 begins on Monday, August 4.
These required practices are for all young men interested in trying out for
the Varsity Soccer team and will be held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and
Friday mornings from 8:00-9:45 a.m.

S.W.A.P.?
It’s Back! The Uniform
S.W.A.P. is a great opportunity for you to share uniforms that your child
has outgrown with someone else — and a chance for you to pick up uniforms
that someone else has donated. (Of course, you can donate items even if you
don’t need new ones; and, you can pick up items even if you don’t have any
to donate.)
It’s completely free — all we ask is that you not take more than
your child(ren) will use in the coming year. This will allow everyone an
opportunity to share!
You can begin dropping off clothing in the school office immediately.
(Please do be sure that all clothing has been washed so that it’s all ready
for the new owner!) We will sort donated items by size and will have
tables set up in the lunchroom on S.W.A.P. Day — Friday, August 1, from
10 a.m. until 3 p.m.

ORIENTATION - K3 - GRADE 12
It's almost time for school to
begin! We will have Orientation for all students on Monday, August 18, 2008.
K3 - K5 (Pre-School 3 & 4 and Kindergarten)
Please meet at
10:00 a.m. in the Auditorium. Students and parents are asked to
attend and to bring supplies.
Grades 1 - 6
Please meet at
5:30 p.m. in the Gymnasium. Students and parents are
required to attend. Students should wear their uniforms.
Attendance will be taken and absences counted against total allowed for the
year. Students are asked to bring supplies.
Grades 7-12
Please meet at
7:30 p.m. in the Gymnasium. Students and parents are
required to attend. Students should wear their uniforms.

1ST FULL DAY OF SCHOOL -
K3 - GRADE 12
Tuesday, August 19
is the 1st full day of school for all students -- K3 through Grade 12. We're
looking forward to having each of you back on campus and to a wonderful
school year!

We're excited to announce the
4th Annual Back-To-School Picnic and Information Fair! Mark your calendars for Friday,
August 22 at 6pm -- we'll have lots of great food and fellowship, plus
information about all of the exciting things that Calvary has to offer your
family!
