Dear Parents,
Thank you for entrusting your child to us for the 2005-2006 school year. We are looking forward to a terrific year!
Enclosed you will find the class supply list for your student, as well as the 2005-2006 School Calendar and the 2005-2006 Price List and Financial Policy Statement. Please keep these important documents; they will be helpful to you throughout the school year.
Please make a special note of the following dates:
*The book fee is considered a commitment fee and is non-refundable after July 10. If not paid by July 10, a late fee will be added. If not paid by July 20, your student will be dropped from the class roster and a $100 re-enrollment fee would be necessary in order to re-enroll your student. If your child will not be returning to CCS in the fall, please contact the school business office so that we are able to plan accordingly.
Calvary Christian School is required to maintain immunization records on all students. All three and four year olds must have an updated DHEC Day Care Immunization Certificate and all children entering K5 through grade 12 must have a permanent DHEC Immunization Certificate on file by the first day of school. Please be sure to contact your doctor to see if your child needs additional shots before the school year begins.
If any of your personal contact information (i.e. address, home phone, business phone, cell phone, emergency contact information, etc.) has changed, please call the school business office and provide the updated information. It is essential that we maintain up-to-date records so that we are able to contact you in the event of an emergency! Also, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us. Our summer office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
