REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION

K-3 students must be 3 years old by
September 1.

K-4 students must be 4 years old by
September 1.

K-5 students must be 5 years old by
September 1.

An
Application for Admission
form, which
includes our Standards of Conduct, a Statement of Cooperation, a Financial
Agreement, and a General Health Questionnaire, should be completed and
returned along with a $25.00 application fee.

All students in grades 5 - 12 are tested and
are interviewed, along with their parents, by our pastor and administrator.

Proper health forms must be turned into the
office before the child can be admitted to class. We are
required to maintain a
South Carolina Certificate of Immunization on file for each student.
